Amer Labiau
Undoubtedly the flagship product of our distillery since its creation in 1894, Amer Labiau is an aperitif with a sweet and refined taste that delights lovers of authentic flavours. Crafted from the distillation of around thirty plants, spices, and fruits, it offers an incomparable aromatic richness. Its character is enhanced by the dominant aroma of orange peel, which gives it a perfectly balanced freshness. A true heritage of traditional know-how, this aperitif can be enjoyed neat, on ice, or in cocktails, for a moment of timeless pleasure.
Guignolet
An exceptional aperitif liqueur made from pure cherry juice harvested in the Périgord region, renowned for the quality and richness of its fruits. The perfect blend of fresh cherry juice and a distillation of cherry stones gives rise to a liqueur with a unique taste, featuring deep and intense cherry aromas. To be savoured neat, on ice, or in fruity cocktails, Guignolet adds a gourmet touch to your convivial moments.
Our distilled Gins
Cuvée Auguste 1922
This gin is crafted based on a recipe dating back to 1922, invented by our ancestor Auguste Labiau and updated by the fifth generation. This product is characterised by its spicy taste, with peppermint and lemon balm as the dominant aromas. It consists of 17 plants and spices, giving it a unique and balanced personality. A true expression of family know-how, this gin can be enjoyed neat, on ice, or in sophisticated cocktails, for an unforgettable tasting experience.
130th Anniversary Cuvée
In honour of the 130th anniversary of our distillery, we are proud to present a new gin that perpetuates the legacy of the original recipe from 1922 while highlighting our iconic product, Amer Labiau. This unique gin perfectly embodies our ancestral know-how, combining tradition and innovation. It is distinguished by a subtle and refined blend of juniper berries, orange peels, and around thirty carefully selected and distilled herbs and spices in our traditional still. To be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail, this gin is a tribute to 130 years of passion and excellence from our distillery.
Our liqueurs
Bernardine
An exceptional digestive liqueur, made from Cognac, whose richness and depth are enhanced by a delicate distillation of Génépi from the Alps. This blend is complemented by the addition of a distillation of around ten carefully selected herbs and spices. The result is a liqueur that is both warm and subtle, where floral and spicy notes perfectly blend with the woody nuances of the Cognac.
Grand Marignan
A noble and elegant digestive liqueur, resulting from the harmonious blending of Cognac, renowned for its richness and complexity, with a distillation of orange peels. This unique marriage offers a perfect alliance between the warmth and depth of the Cognac and the bright, fruity aromas of the orange.
Elixir
A refined liqueur delicately flavoured by the distillation of carefully selected aromatic herbs, such as peppermint and lemon balm. This unique combination gives this liqueur a fresh and herbal flavour, balanced by sweet and sugary notes.
Mandarin
Liqueur made from Cognac, whose richness and elegance are enhanced by delicate distillations of mandarin peels. This subtle marriage creates a perfect harmony between the warm depth of Cognac and the bright, fruity, and slightly tangy aromas of mandarin.
The Monastery
An exceptional liqueur composed of delicate distillations of Alpine Génépi. In addition, there is a careful selection of about ten other plants and spices, meticulously chosen for their unique aromatic and digestive properties. The result is a rich and complex liqueur, where floral and herbal flavours blend harmoniously with spicy notes, offering a subtle and refined tasting experience.
Triple sec
An iconic liqueur, made from a fine high-quality spirit, enhanced by distillations of orange peels and curaçao peel. This marriage of exotic citrus gives Triple Sec a bright and balanced aromatic profile, characterised by notes that are both fresh, sweet, and slightly bitter. Versatile and refined, this liqueur is an essential ingredient in the world of cocktails.
Pear liqueur
A refined liqueur, made from an exceptional Cognac, to which is added the delicate flavouring obtained from the distillation of Williams pears, known for their sweetness and intense fruity flavour. This subtle marriage between the richness and depth of Cognac and the naturally sweet freshness of the pear offers a unique and elegant tasting experience.
